We will introduce a case study of improvements in the FA (Factory Automation) site proposed by Patlite. The manufacturing site faced issues where handwritten equipment operation records led to omissions in maintenance records during short stops at night. This resulted in significant losses due to the time and effort required to identify lots during the outflow of defective products. In response, we proposed the wireless data communication system "AirGRID WD type."
